■Regarding shipping of ordered products

Our logistics centers will be closed on the following dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding that we will not be able to ship products during this period.

Closure period: December 27 (Sat) - January 8 (Thu)

Orders placed on or after December 26 (Fri) will be shipped sequentially starting from January 9 (Fri).

*Please note that logistics are expected to be very congested from December 20 (Sat) onwards, so please place your orders with ample time.

*Please be aware that deliveries may be delayed due to road congestion or other delivery circumstances.

■Regarding inquiry responses

We will be closed from December 28 (Sun) to January 4 (Sun).

Inquiries received during the above period will be responded to sequentially starting from January 5 (Mon).
